Rigorous quality control system
The factory covers an area of approximately 1,500 square meters and employs over 80 staff members, including 10 quality control personnel and 10 technical specialists. It is equipped with two production lines and a dedicated dust-free production workshop. We implement a rigorous quality control system from raw material procurement to finished product shipment. The entire production process incorporates Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) stages. Industry-standard equipment and a dedicated quality inspection laboratory ensure product quality. With a monthly production capacity of 360,000 units, our stable and sufficient workforce guarantees timely delivery.
